Metro AutoMach Co., Ltd. is a machinery company that designs and constructs production lines, packing machines, and conveyors for food and beverage industry. Our company specializes in designing and assembling bottle packing machine with variety type of container e.g. glass bottles, PET bottles, HDPE bottles, etc. Our company not only produces machine in compliance with the standard and academic criteria, but our strong forte is in the made-to-order business where we can serve our customers’ needs. To ultimately, assist our customer in reducing labor works and increasing production efficiency via the modern touch screen control system and PLC program for customers’ conveniency in adjusting and modifying the manufacturing products based on product size and type. Our services is extend to the after-sales online service where the problem can be detected and fixed remotely through the PLC system. This is just one of our company policies to catching up to the rapid change of the new industrial world, INDUSTRY 4.0.
As we are the made-to-order company, we are fully equipped with materials, tools, machine, and team of technical experts (engineers, machine designers, programmers, production technicians, assembly technicians and service technicians) with great experience that can accommodate customer satisfaction in the fast, clear, and sincere manners. With high potential personnel, tools, and various infrastructures on the area of 30 rai with the production & assembly area of the factory for more than 750 sq.meters, the space is more than appropriate to create various pieces of work within the company resulting in speed and accuracy in the production of parts of the machine

After-sales service of the machine both within outside of the warranty follow the steps below:

Prioritize tasks or problems of that machine.

Communicate with machine operators to transfer the data for problems analysis, and find the suitable solution before going to edit the job page

Instruct the troubleshooting steps to the machine operator to have the same understanding of how to operate the machine
04
Editing results and troubleshooting steps are recorded. Finally, notify customers on a day-to-day basis
